Our Company Name…
Tweetie was a very giving person, and the name she chose for the company reflects that. I chose to keep that name in her honor and to her tribute.
For several years prior to her demise in 2007, Tweetie proudly made the salsa for various local bar and grill establishments in Shaver Lake, and made large batches of 16 oz. jars to sell at charitable community events here in town. A lot of the local patrons fell in love with it and encouraged her and I (Tweetie’s husband) to go commercial with it.
In 2011 with the support and encouragement of our family and friends I embarked on the project to do exactly that; to keep Tweetie’s legacy alive.
